Household waste recycling centres 'HWRC' There are several household waste recycling centres (HWRC) across Hampshire. They accept garden waste, bulky items and recyclable and excess household waste. Hazardous household waste, including batteries, should be taken to an HWRC for safe disposal. Everyone visiting the Household Recycling centres are required to prebook their visit to gain access to these sites. Social distancing will be required on site, and to minimise queues and waiting times the number of booking slots available will be limited.
